It’s time for some balances! The way we approach move/ equipment balancing in Smash Supreme is a combination of testing, community input, testing, looking at the stats, and guess what… even more testing!

This update we’re taking a good look at ALL equipment rarities and stats. It’s time for an overhaul!

 

Rarity Changes:

 

Berserker Helm:

  • Rarity changed from Legendary to Epic

 

Toxin Filter:

  • Rarity changed from Rare to Epic

 

Warboy Guards:

  • Rarity changed from Rare to Common

 

Feudal Mallet:

  • Rarity changed from Rare to Common

 

Ancient Hood:

  • Rarity changed from Rare to Epic

 

Holy Pauldrons:

  • Rarity changed from Rare to Common

 

Combatant Shoulderguards:

  • Rarity changed from Rare to Common

 

Sharpstripe Armorband:

  • Rarity changed from Rare to Common

 

Deathbringer Shoulders:

  • Rarity changed from Rare to Common

 

 

Stat Changes:

Note: The “speed” stat has been removed due to the revamped movement system.

  • Before: -10% Special Charge
  • After: +60 Health and+10% Block Stun Duration

 

Shogun Kabuto:

  • Before:+3% Melee Damage and +8% Parry Chance
  • After: +5% Melee Damage and -8% Parry Chance

 

Sacred Spaulders:

  • Before: +3% Melee Damage and +5% Parry Chance
  • After: +3% Melee Damage and -5% Parry Chance

 

Feudal Mallet:

  • Before: +3% Melee Damage and +5% Parry Chance
  • After: +3% Melee Damage and -5% Parry Chance

 

Toxin Filter:

  • Before: +6% Projectile Damage and -5% Block Duration
  • After: -5% Block Duration and +5% Bot Bonus

 

Warboy Guards:

  • Before: -5% Block Duration and +5% Defensive Tactic Duration
  • After: -5% Block Duration and +5% Bot Bonus

 

A Big Pipe:

  • Before: -5% Block Duration and +6% Melee Damage
  • After: -5% Block Duration and +5% Bot Bonus

 

Blastball Bat:

  • Before: +5% Bot Bonus
  • After: +8% Projectile Resistance

 

M1 Helmet:

  • Before: +5% Melee Resistance
  • After: +5% Melee Resistance and -5% Defensive Tactic Duration

 

Combatant Shoulderguards:

  • Before: +5% Melee Resistance
  • After: -5% Defensive Tactic Duration and +5% Melee Resistance

 

Mighty Missile:

  • Before: +5% Melee Resistance
  • After: -5% Defensive Tactic Duration and +5% Melee Resistance

 

Horned Helmet:

  • Before:  +60 Health and -5% Bot Bonus
  • After: +5% Special Charge and +5% Resistance

 

Demon Shoulders:

  • Before: +60 Health and -5% Defensive Tactic Duration
  • After: +5% Special Charge and +5% Resistance

 

Skullbasher:

  • Before: +60 Health and +10% Melee Damage
  • After: +5% Special Charge and +5% Resistance

 

Focus Bandana:

  • Before: +8% Parry Chance and +5% Projectile Damage
  • After: -5% Defensive Tactic Duration and +5% Projectile Damage

 

Gorb’s Shark:

  • Before: +5% Block Duration and +8% Parry Chance
  • After: -8% Parry Chance and +5% Block Duration

 

Golem Shoulder:

  • Before: +40 Health and +5% Defensive Tactic Duration
  • After: +40 Health and -5% Defensive Tactic Duration

 

Steel Spaulder:

  • Before: +10% Block Duration and -10% Stun Duration
  • After: +10% Block Duration and +10% Stun Duration

 

Half Shell:

  • Before: +5% Defensive Tactic Duration and +8% Melee Damage
  • After: +8% Projectile Damage and +5% Special Charge

 

Sharpstripe Armorband:

  • Before: +60 Health and +5% Special Charge
  • After: -5% Special Charge and -5% Defensive Tactic Duration

 

Deathbringer Shoulders:

  • Before: +5% Resistance
  • After: +5% Resistance and -5% Defensive Tactic Duration
